Parts
The components that go into a sub-zero refrigerator repair job here are OEM, or from an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable. We will fit something else at your request and by prior agreement.
Access to the appliance

Applicable law
Anything arising out of these terms is a matter for California law.
